News: Interest in male sex doll torsos is on the rise

Demand for male sex doll torsos has been steadily increasing as companies adapt to consumers of different sexualities.

The company Fraudoll launched its first sex doll torso brothel in Barcelona in 2018 and this year launched a location in Nagoya, Japan, which will debut the first male dolls, Daily Star Online reported.

Sergi Prieto, co-founder of the company, told the outlet that more men wanted to experiment with male dolls.

"We've recently served several customers requesting an appointment with both male and female real love dolls at the same time," Prieto told Daily Star Online.

Consumers and manufacturers, however, have one common complaint: weight.

In a review of a male sex doll torso Doll in The Sun, Charlotte Rose wrote that her male sex doll torso weighed about 135 pounds.

"The only possible sex position you can do is cowgirl," Rose wrote. "My favorite position is doggy. I think you could probably try it, but you have to tie his arms back so he doesn't fall forward and crush you."

Brent Lawson, the owner of real love doll maker 1 AM Dolls, told The Post that sales of male love dolls have increased from around 5 percent to 15 percent since the company first offered them four years ago - the majority of customers are members of the gay and transgender communities.

Most of that boom, he said, is due to a cultural destigmatization of the sex toy and openness within the LGBT community - because the dolls remain fairly impractical for straight women.

"People don't think 70 pounds or so is a lot, but that's dead weight," he said. "There are certainly strong women out there, but I don't think they enjoy doing most of the work with something that heavy."

The company sells a male model with a fully flexible penis and attachments to turn female adult sex doll torsos into transgender dolls.

"The problem we find in the market for women is that male dolls can't thrust. Women have to do all the work," he said. "Realistically, and I don't want to be too graphic, but the only possible position is to sit on it."

"We're always trying to innovate and work on losing weight and adding robotics."
