The estimated delivery time for your product depends on various factors such as production and shipping. After production, it usually takes about 7-10 days for the package to reach you. Order processing time: We process all orders within 24-48 hours on weekdays. After processing, orders are shipped within 48-72 hours on weekdays. Estimated delivery time after shipment is 3-5 working days.

Customs Duties and Taxes

In some countries, import taxes might be required at delivery. It usually around $100, depending on the doll. The buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees. We will provide the assistance you need during this process. So, you don’t have to worry too much, relax, it’s not a big deal.

NOTE*: Customers in the US do not need to pay any import taxes and fees. But, if you choose a torso sex doll in stock from a cross-border warehouse, for example: a Canadian customer chooses a sex doll from a US warehouse, you will need to pay some fees, and the specific fees are determined according to international tariff laws. If both sides belong to the same EU country, you do not need to pay any additional fees.

Still Not Receiving Your Order?

If you have not received your package even though the delivery status on the official website of the courier company says it has been delivered, don’t hesitate to contact the courier company and notify us immediately.

Upon receiving your package, please check the package carefully for any damage. If the outer box is open or the product packaging is damaged, take photos or videos immediately and make a claim to the courier company. If necessary, we will assist you in making a claim.

If you receive the wrong product, please provide photographic evidence to the courier company for claim. Once we confirm the mistake, we will arrange a reissued product for you.

Please do not reject or return the product directly. Also, note that the shipping address on the packaging box cannot be used directly for return or exchange. After checking the situation, we will arrange a return or exchange for you. Please ensure that the internal plastic packaging of the doll is unopened.

Finally, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes. To ensure your package arrives successfully, please provide a physical street address as your shipping address.

How Do I Change My Delivery Address?

Christmas & New Year's Day Warm Tips:

The Christmas and New Year's Day holiday arrangements for the US warehouse are as follows:

Christmas: From December 23rd to December 26th (Saturday to Tuesday), the US warehouse will be closed for 4 days;

New Year's Day: From December 30th to January 1st (Saturday to Monday), the US warehouse will be closed for 3 days;

During the holidays, there will be no door-to-door logistics, and orders will be postponed to the first working day after the holidays. Please arrange your order plan in advance.
