1. Shipping method

We provide a variety of shipping methods, including standard shipping and expedited shipping. The specific options will be displayed at checkout, and you can choose according to your needs.

2. Shipping time

The delivery time of the sex doll torso is divided into two parts:

1.) Factory direct delivery time about sex torso

At present, all custom orders are temporarily produced directly by our factory and will be completed within 3-5 days. The estimated delivery time of your product depends on various factors such as production and transportation. After production, it usually takes about 7-10 days for the package to reach you. The total delivery time from completing production to receiving the package is about 12-15 days.

2.) Warehouse sex doll delivery time

Order processing time: We process all orders within 24-48 hours on working days. After the order is processed, it will be shipped within 48-72 hours on working days. The estimated delivery time after shipment is 3-5 working days.

Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as working days.

Note: If you want to pick up at a DHL/UPS store, please contact customer service and customer service after placing the order to confirm whether the doll package you ordered can be delivered to the specified local DHL/UPS store address.

3. Delivery Range

We support free shipping worldwide, but some remote areas may require additional time or fees. Please enter the address at checkout to confirm whether it is supported.

4. Packaging Privacy

We take customer privacy very seriously, and all products are packaged in completely anonymous packaging without any sensitive information on the outside, ensuring a safe and private shipping process. When your order arrives, you can rest assured that it will be packed in a plain, unbranded brown box. The contents of the package remain unknown to the handler or courier, protecting your confidentiality at every step.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us. This email will include tracking information for your package and the logistics website where you can track your order. You can always check when your package will be delivered on the order details page.

6. Delivery Instructions

1.) Please make sure the delivery address is accurate, especially the mobile phone number in the delivery address.

2.) If no one is signed for the package, the courier may leave the package at a designated location or contact you to reschedule the delivery.

3.) After receiving the goods, please check whether the packaging is intact in time. If it is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

7. Delays or Problems

In case of transportation delays or package loss, please contact our customer service team in time and we will help to solve the problem.

8. Duties and Taxes

In some countries, import taxes may be required upon delivery. Usually it is about $100, depending on the doll. Buyers are responsible for import taxes and fees. We will provide you with the help you need during this process. So, you don't have to worry too much, relax, it's not a big deal.

Note: US customers do not need to pay any import taxes and fees. However, if you choose a torso sex doll in stock from a cross-border warehouse, for example: a Canadian customer chooses a sex doll from a US warehouse, you will need to pay some fees, which are determined according to international tariff laws. If both parties belong to the same EU country, no additional fees will be paid.

The following are some European tax-free countries: United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Greece, Portugal, Italy, Spain.

Some Asian tax-free countries or regions: Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia.

Note: Due to the long distance, there will be a $200 fee for parcels sent to Hawaii and Alaska.

9. Still haven't received your order?

If you haven't received your parcel, even if the delivery status on the courier's official website shows that the parcel has been delivered, please contact the courier immediately and notify us.

Upon receiving the parcel, please carefully check the parcel for any damage. If the outer box has been opened or the product packaging is damaged, please take photos or videos immediately and claim to the courier. If necessary, we will assist you in filing a claim.

If you received the wrong product, please provide the courier with photo evidence for your claim. Once we confirm the error, we will arrange a re-shipment for you.

Please do not refuse or return the product directly. Also, please note that the shipping address on the box cannot be used directly for returns or exchanges. After checking the condition, we will arrange a return or exchange for you. Please make sure that the inner plastic packaging of the doll is unopened.

Finally, we do not deliver to PO boxes. To ensure your package arrives smoothly, please provide the actual street address as your delivery address.

10. How do I change my delivery address?

Please contact us as soon as you realize that you need to change the delivery address, as we cannot change the address once it is shipped. Contact customer service email immediately at dolltorso-serve@outlook.com!

Christmas and New Year's Day Tips:

The US warehouse Christmas and New Year's Day holiday arrangements are as follows:

Christmas: December 23 to December 26 (Saturday to Tuesday), the US warehouse will be closed for 4 days;

New Year's Day: December 30 to January 1 (Saturday to Monday), the US warehouse will be closed for 3 days;

During the holidays, door-to-door delivery logistics will not be provided, and orders will be delayed until the first business day after the holiday. Please arrange your order plan in advance.

There will always be delays in logistics during holidays and a few days after the holidays, please be aware!
