Dolltorso is committed to providing customers with high-quality sex doll torsos. Every order is thoroughly inspected, tested, and photographed before leaving the factory. Any items designed to come into contact with body parts or liquids are not returnable and may not be resold. This is for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and therefore cannot be returned.
With a few exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for the shipping costs of your return.
Upon receiving your order, please be sure to carefully inspect the product to ensure it is intact. If you notice any defects or damage, please do not use the product and send pictures or videos to our after-sales email address dolltorso-serve@outlook.com within 24 hours. Used products, even if the order is incorrect, will not be processed.
We do not offer refunds or returns unless the product arrives damaged. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Our policy is valid for 30 days.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase. You must contact us at dolltorso-serve@outlook.com to let us know of the issue. Please have the following information ready when emailing about the defect: your order number, your name, and the nature of the defect. Please return the item with the original packaging to the address we provide you within 7 days. Returns without the original packaging will not be accepted, so please retain all packaging during the 30-day return period.
Any item returned must include all original parts and packaging, batteries (if applicable), cables, controllers, blank warranty cards, manuals, etc. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact us at dolltorso-serve@outlook.com.
Warm reminder: This product does not support unconditional returns or exchanges! Items must be unworn and with original tags attached. We are not responsible for any return packages lost or stolen in transit.
When sending a return, please keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number.
Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after the item is delivered to us. Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
1.) Contact Customer Service: Submit a return request via email or online customer service, and provide the order number and reason for the return.
2.) Review Confirmation: We will review your application and notify you of the result within 1-2 business days.
3.) Return Items: After review, please send the item back to the address provided by customer service.
4.) Refund Processing: After receiving the return and confirming that the item meets the conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow the item to be returned to our warehouse for a refund or exchange.
Once the item is received, we will refund the full amount of the original product and shipping costs, or resend a replacement free of charge at our expense. This solution is only used if Dolltorso.com is responsible for shipping the wrong item.
For wrong order (item size) or unwanted items, within 7 days of receiving the goods.
We can also allow returns if the customer wants to return the goods for their own reasons. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the following two parts:
Round-trip shipping costs (to and from our warehouse)
20% of the total order value. (Platform pays transaction fees, labor commissions and service fees)
The customer needs to provide us with the shipping tracking number and proof of payment, and we will arrange a refund as soon as we receive these.

Additional Notes on Warranty
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team.
All returned items must be new, unused, unworn, with all original tags and original packaging.
If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost after receiving the returned item. All shipping costs for returns and original shipping are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns on any discounted items unless the customer received the wrong item or the item was defective.

For returned or exchanged items, we will process a solution within 5-7 business days after receiving your item.
